Powering on Quickbooks VM

This tutorial shows how to power on the QuickBooks Virtual Machine (VM) for A Better Choice.

Prerequisites​

To complete this tutorial you will need the following:

  • Access to ABC Web Application

Getting Started​

  1. Log into the ABC Web Application.

  2. Once logged in, select Administration.

  3. Scroll down to the Microsoft Azure Administration section.

Check Status of VM​

  1. To check the status, to see if the VM is already powered on, click on Get Status. This will open a new window, and once loaded, it will give you the state the VM is in.
note

It can a few seconds for the pages to load once it's open in the new tab.

Powering On​

  1. To power on the VM for QuickBooks, click Power On. The page will take a while to load and will eventually state Running. Once powered on, you can connect as per normal.
